Who we are

Volition Vending is operated by Lucky 7 Snacks LLC, a Nevada limited liability company based in Las Vegas. When this policy says “we”, “us”, or “our”, it means Lucky 7 Snacks LLC. Our website is www.volitionvending.com.

What we collect

We only collect information you give us directly through forms or contact, plus a small amount of automatic data your browser sends:

  • Form submissions — name, phone, email, business name, business address, location type, daily foot traffic, and any message you write. Sent only when you submit a form.
  • Cookies and analytics — if you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics and HubSpot to understand which pages visitors find useful. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set (Google Consent Mode v2).
  • Server logs — our hosting provider (Netlify) records standard web logs (IP address, timestamp, page requested) for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry, provide a quote, schedule service, or follow up on a machine placement.
  • To improve the website and understand which content helps visitors.
  • To detect spam and prevent abuse of our forms (we use a hidden honeypot field).

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your form submissions with third parties except as needed to operate the business (e.g., delivery scheduling, payment processing) or as required by law.

Cookies in detail

When you first visit our site, you'll see a cookie banner with two buttons: Accept All or Decline. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again.

  • Strictly necessary — security cookies for fraud prevention. Always allowed; you cannot opt out of these without breaking the site.
  • Analytics — Google Analytics 4. Tracks page views, session duration, traffic source. Only loads after you click Accept.
  • HubSpot — helps us track who has visited our pages so we can follow up on inquiries. Only loads after you click Accept.
  • Advertising — we currently do not run ad campaigns, so no advertising cookies are set even if you accept.

Data retention

Form submissions are retained for as long as you remain a customer plus three years thereafter, or until you ask us to delete them. Server logs are kept for 90 days. Analytics data is retained per Google's defaults (currently 14 months).

Children

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through our forms, please contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices change or as the law evolves. The “last updated” date at the top will reflect any change. Material changes will be announced on the homepage for at least 30 days.
